Evora

FOCUSES

Five systems, observed together.

EVORA does not divide your health into separate scores. It reads five physiological systems as one connected body — each system influences the next, and the longitudinal record makes that influence legible. The five below are what a thoughtful clinician would actually read, in the order they read it.

Five systems · one continuous record

  1. 01 — 05

    Sleep & circadian

Sleep is read first — not because it matters most, but because it sets the tone every other signal is interpreted against. EVORA watches sleep timing, depth, and the small drift in your wake window — the way a week of late evenings slowly shifts your morning baseline, and the way one quiet weekend brings it back. The point is never a score. The point is the line under the line.

  2. 02 — 05

    Recovery & nervous system

Recovery is the day-after reading — heart rate variability, resting heart rate, the cost of yesterday's load held against the depth of last night's sleep. EVORA reads recovery longitudinally, so a single low morning means very little and a slow three-week erosion means a great deal. This is where travel, illness, and an unusually heavy season tend to surface first.

  3. 03 — 05

    Metabolic rhythm

Metabolic rhythm is the slowest of the five — fasting glucose, lipid trend, body composition, and the way each one moves across seasons rather than days. EVORA reads metabolism as a pattern that responds to sleep before it responds to food, and to consistency before it responds to intensity. A single panel is a data point. A year of panels is a story.

  4. 04 — 05

    Cognitive & mood signal

Cognition and mood are read through the same instruments as the body — sleep architecture, recovery state, the morning self-report, the rhythm of your journal entries. EVORA never reduces this to a single number. It notices when focus, steadiness, and energy track together — and, more usefully, when they begin to drift apart.

  5. 05 — 05

    Movement & load

Movement is the lens that touches every other system — the load you placed on the body today, the recovery it asks for tomorrow, the long arc it builds across years. EVORA reads movement against your own baseline, not a population average, and treats consistency as the most interpretable signal you produce. The right week of movement is usually the one that does not feel remarkable.

WHY FIVE

Five is what a clinician would actually read — and what a record can hold honestly across years.

More than five becomes noise. Fewer than five misses the connections. These are the systems whose interactions tell the real longitudinal story — and the ones EVORA can keep reading honestly, every week, for the long arc of a life.
