Status

Product status and system status are two different things.

Product status is what the product can do. System status is whether the service is working right now. This page keeps them apart, because a roadmap presented as service health is a way of avoiding both questions.

Product status

Every capability on this page, and every status shown anywhere else on the site, is read from one file. A capability is marked live the day it ships, not the day it is announced. Anything waiting on another company's approval says so, and is never shown as connected.

The record

No device connection is live. Where a manufacturer has not authorized a production connection, the capability reads approval pending, never connected, and never pending on our side.

System status

Whether the service is working right now, plus recent incidents and planned maintenance.

No incident reported

There is no open incident and no maintenance scheduled. We do not publish an uptime percentage yet: continuous external monitoring is still being set up, and a number we cannot evidence is worse than no number.
