A partner appears here once a person on our side has read their application and their connection has been tested. Being connected is not access: a partner never reads a record unless the person creates a share, states a purpose, and sets an end date.

Ordering
Why this list is in this order
The rule is written down, applied the same way for everyone, and never adjusted by hand.
- Partners connected at a deeper level come first, because a result that arrives already mapped is worth more to the person than one they re-type.
- Then whether they are working today rather than paused.
- Then how many places they serve, so the list is useful where you are.
- Then alphabetically. Position is never for sale and EVORA does not reorder it by hand.
