College athletics
An athletic department may involve a team physician, several trainers, strength staff, compliance officers and coaches. All of them need something different, and almost none of them need the whole record.
The person's record is live today. The console for this sector is not.
Scholarship status is not consent. The athlete decides what a program receives, and for how long.
How this works now
Not a caricature, this is the ordinary version of it, and it repeats every year.
- Pre-participation paperwork is collected once a year into a departmental system the athlete cannot read, correct or take with them.
- Access is granted by employment: being on staff often means being able to open anything in the athlete's file.
- Return-to-play decisions are recorded in one program's software, so a transfer or a graduation starts the history over.
- The athlete's own copy, if it exists at all, is a folder of PDFs assembled at the end.
What EVORA puts in its place
Each step is one decision, made by the person whose record it is.

The athlete's record is the source
Physicals, imaging reports, labs, medications, concussion history and prior injuries live in the athlete's own longitudinal record, not in a departmental file that stops at graduation.

The program states its requirements
A pre-participation exam on file, a current clearance, an emergency action plan acknowledgement. Each is a named requirement with a date, visible to the athlete as an ask rather than a demand.

The athlete grants by role, not by department
The team physician's grant is not the strength coach's grant. Each is scoped to the areas that role genuinely needs, with a stated purpose and an end date.

Clinical work writes back into the athlete's record
A verified team clinician's note or clearance is written into the athlete's record, so the athlete keeps it after the season, the transfer or the degree.

Coaches receive status, not findings
Cleared, cleared with restrictions, not cleared, review needed, with a date. The reasoning stays between the athlete and the clinicians they granted.

Eligibility ends, access ends
When the athlete leaves the program, staff access closes on its own schedule and the record leaves with the athlete, complete.
Roles and limits
Who may see what.
Being on a roster, a payroll or a staff list is context. It is never access.
