Evora

For sports

The season ends. The athlete keeps the record.

Youth clubs, high schools, colleges, professional teams and leagues all ask athletes for the same things every year. EVORA lets an athlete answer once, from a record they own — and lets staff see a clearance status rather than a medical history.

Youth sports

Clubs and leagues need a physical on file and a clearance to play. Parents answer from the child's record instead of refilling the same form for every club, and the record follows the child to the next team.

College athletics

Athletic departments run pre-participation exams, clearances and return-to-play decisions across many staff roles. Membership on a roster gives context; access to clinical detail still requires the athlete's scoped permission.

Professional teams

Contracts, trades and off-seasons move athletes between organizations. The athlete's longitudinal record moves with them; the previous organization's access closes.

Leagues and governing bodies

A league can hold a compliance status — requirement met, cleared, cleared with restrictions, review needed, expires on a date — without holding any athlete's medical record.

Athletic trainers and team clinicians

Professionals verify their licence once and are listed under the Trust Standard. What they can read is set by the athlete, scoped and logged, not by their employment.

What a coach never gets

Roster membership is not access. Coaches and administrators do not receive clinical notes, labs, medications, mental-health information or family history because someone plays for them.

Where this stands

What works today, and what we are building.

We would rather tell you plainly than imply more than exists.

Available now

  • An athlete-owned record with immunizations, conditions, medications, labs and documents
  • Scoped, expiring shares with a stated purpose and full access log
  • Records managed for a child in your care
  • Licence and identity verification for professionals applying to be listed

In build

  • Team, school and athletic-department consoles with rosters and subgroups
  • Season-scoped requirements and clearance requests with a status-only reply
  • Return-to-play workflows and league compliance status
  • Automatic closure of staff access when a season or roster spot ends

Teams and leagues receive what a role genuinely needs. The complete record stays with the athlete.
