Data promise
Your record. Your control. Written plainly, on purpose.
Six commitments. No legal hedging, no defined terms you have to look up. If any of these ever change, we will say so directly rather than update a policy page quietly.
01
We never sell your health data.
Your health data is not sold, brokered, licensed, or used to build advertising profiles. There are no third-party advertising trackers on your record. This is not a policy we intend to revisit — it is the reason the product exists.
02
Free for individuals means free.
No card, no trial, no tier that gates your own history. Organizations, providers and labs pay for the tools they use. A health record you can lose by missing a payment is not a health record.
03
Access is granted by you, and it expires.
Nobody sees your record by default. When you share it — with a doctor, a clinic, a school, an employer — you choose which part, for what stated purpose, and for how long. You can revoke it at any moment, and grants end on their own.
04
Every view is visible to you.
Each time someone opens part of your record, it is written to a log you can read: who, when, and which part. Surveillance without a receipt is how trust in health software was lost in the first place.
05
You can take everything with you.
Export your full record at any time in a portable format, including lab values, vitals, documents and the readings written about them. No request form, no delay, no paywall.
06
Readings explain; they never diagnose.
Interpretations are written in plain language and cite their sources. They are educational, not medical advice, and they never replace a clinician. Where a suggestion involves a paid service, we name the provider and state whether we are compensated.
