What you receive
A met or not-met status, and where the person chose to include one, a letter. That is the whole payload.
For employers
Occupational health, benefits, adjustments and return to work all come down to one answer. EVORA lets an employee answer from their own record, and lets you keep a status and a letter — nothing behind it. When someone leaves, nothing of theirs is stranded with you.
A met or not-met status, and where the person chose to include one, a letter. That is the whole payload.
Clinical notes, laboratory results, wearable readings, medicines, reproductive, genetic, mental-health or family information. Not by default, not by request, not by administrative role.
Employment puts a person on your roster. It opens nothing. Only the person's own answer to a specific ask opens anything, for the purpose stated, until the date shown.
You need to know what work is suitable and from when. The reason for the leave is not yours to hold, and the workflow does not ask for it.
When employment ends, permissions that came from that relationship close. The person walks out with the whole record, unchanged.
Every file you do not keep is a file that cannot be lost. You pay for the tooling; the medical record never becomes yours.
