Eligibility

EVORA is intended for adults using the platform for personal health education and tracking.

Cost

A personal record is free, with no tiers and no card required. Organizations, providers and labs pay for the tooling they use, and those agreements are separate from your record.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, or use EVORA for unlawful purposes.
