Leagues and governing bodies
A league's legitimate question is narrow: is this athlete eligible to play, and is the paperwork behind that eligibility current. Answering it does not require the league to hold anyone's health information.
The person's record is live today. The console for this sector is not.
A league needs compliance status. It does not need athletes' records.
How this works now
Not a caricature, this is the ordinary version of it, and it repeats every year.
- Clubs upload athlete documents to a league portal, so the league accumulates medical files it never wanted and cannot safely keep.
- Eligibility is tracked in spreadsheets that go stale between seasons, with no reliable expiry.
- The same athlete is registered separately in every competition, each time from scratch.
- A data breach at league level exposes health documents belonging to thousands of families.
What EVORA puts in its place
Each step is one decision, made by the person whose record it is.

The league defines the requirement, not the document
"A physical dated within twelve months" and "an age-group eligibility confirmation" are requirements. The document that satisfies them stays in the athlete's record.

Athletes and families answer once
The athlete or guardian answers the requirement from their own record. The same answer serves every competition that asks the same question.

The league receives a status and a date
Met, met in part, expired, review needed, with the date it was satisfied and the date it lapses. No findings, no values, no documents.

Review happens where evidence lives
Where a human must read a document, an exemption, a medical waiver, a return after a serious injury, a verified reviewer reads it under a scoped, logged grant, and records only the ruling.

Expiry is built in
Statuses carry an end date and lapse on their own. Nothing stays "cleared" for years because a spreadsheet was never updated.

The league holds less, and can prove it
Fewer sensitive documents at league level means less to secure, less to retain and less to lose. The audit trail sits with the athlete, where it belongs.

Who may see what.
Being on a roster, a payroll or a staff list is context. It is never access.
