Where we expect to hire
These are areas of interest, not open positions. Introducing yourself before a role exists is the most reliable way in.
Clinical
Clinicians and pharmacists who can write plainly for a person reading their own results, and who will say when the data does not support a claim.
Engineering
People who care about correctness in records that have to survive decades, and about the boring parts: migrations, audit trails, imports that never lose a row.
Design
Restraint, hierarchy and typography. The measure of the work is whether a parent understands the screen in five seconds.
Operations and privacy
Support, verification and the permissions model. Judgment about what an organisation may and may not ever receive.

Calm over loud
The product does not shout, and neither do we. Restraint is a feature, not a mood.

Read together
No marker is read in isolation. The same is true of decisions inside the company.

Long arcs
We build for the next thirty years of a person's record, which rules out shortcuts that only look good this quarter.

Say what is true
If the data does not support it, we do not ship it, and we do not write it on a page.
