What a listed clinician commits to
Verification tells you a licence was read by a person on our side. The Standard tells you how someone works once a record is opened to them. Each line below is stated by the clinician themselves and shown on their listing, so you can see what they did and did not commit to.

Writes back into the person's record
After a visit, what was found and what was suggested goes back into the person's own record, so it is still there years later.

Explains in plain language
Findings are written so the person can read them without a clinical dictionary, alongside the numbers themselves.

Discloses any commercial relationship
If a product, panel or programme they suggest earns them anything, they say so on the same page as the suggestion.

Honours the scope of the share
They read only what the person opened, for the purpose stated, and stop when the share ends.

Replies within their stated window
They publish how long a reply usually takes, and treat that as a commitment rather than a hope.
Feedback
Only from people who actually shared a record
There is no open review box. A person can write about a clinician only when their own record was opened to that clinician — the database checks the share before it accepts a word. One account per person, editable and withdrawable at any time, and the author is never named.
- No average is shown until at least 3 people have written. Below that, you read the accounts themselves.
- EVORA does not write, solicit, edit or remove feedback on a clinician's behalf.
- A clinician cannot remove an account they dislike. They can reply to us if something is factually wrong, and we say so on the listing if we act.
Ordering
How the directory is ordered
The whole rule, in order. It runs the same way every time, and nobody at EVORA moves a clinician up or down.
- Clinicians taking new people come before those who are not, so the list is useful today.
- Then how many people who actually shared a record with them left feedback — more first-hand accounts sit higher.
- Then the average of that feedback, but only once at least three people have written.
- Then how many parts of the Provider Standard they have committed to.
- Then alphabetically. Position is never for sale, and EVORA does not adjust it by hand.
No clinician pays to be listed, to be ordered higher, or to have feedback shown or hidden. Being listed is not access to any record: a person opens their own record, for a stated purpose, for a set length of time, and every opening is written down.
