Every clinician must complete identity, licence and credential review before appearing here. We are opening the network carefully and will not fill the directory with paid or unverified listings.

Verification decides whether a clinician may be listed. Payment never affects verification, ranking or position, and a listing never gives a clinician access to your record. Access only ever comes from a grant you make, for a stated purpose, with an end date.

A badge is only useful if you can read what stands behind it: what a person on our side checked, what the check does not mean, and what a clinician can do with your record once you decide to share it.

What EVORA Verified covers

Identity
A government identity document is read by a person on our side and matched to the name on the licence.
Licence
Each licence number is checked against the issuing board for the state claimed, and has to be active and unexpired.
NPI
The national provider identifier is matched to the same name, profession and location.
Credentials
Board certification and training documents are read, not summarised from a form.
Renewal
Verification carries a date and expires. A lapsed check removes the listing until it is read again.
Disclosures
Commercial relationships are published on the profile, in the clinician's own words.

What it does not mean

  • It is not a quality rating. EVORA does not score clinicians.
  • It is not purchasable, and it cannot move a listing higher.
  • It does not give the clinician any access to your record. Access only comes from a share you open yourself.
  • It is not an endorsement of any treatment, product or protocol.

How feedback is measured

Feedback can only be written by someone who actually opened a record to that clinician, and it is written against named dimensions rather than one star count.

Only the things the platform actually supports are listed, each with its real state. Nothing here is a promise about a particular clinician; it is what the record can do when you decide to share it.

A listing is not access. Nothing above happens until you open a share yourself, and every share states its purpose, has an end date and is written into your access history.

How a clinician gets listed

This network is at founding stage: it is deliberately small, and we would rather show five clinicians who passed every stage than five hundred who paid to appear. Nobody can buy a position, and there is no advertising slot.

    Applied

    Live

    A clinician applies with their profession, the states they practise in, and their licence numbers. Applying puts nothing on the public directory.

  2. 02

    Identity matched

    Live

    Name, profession and NPI are matched against the national provider registry. A mismatch stops the application here and is explained to the applicant.

  3. 03

    Licence checked

    Live

    Each licence is checked for state, number, expiry and standing. A licence that has expired or is not clear removes the listing until it is resolved.

  4. 04

    Standard accepted

    Live

    The clinician accepts the written commitments, no upcharge for reading a shared record, no ordering rule that depends on who pays us, nothing sold on.

  5. 05

    Listed and monitored

    Live

    The listing goes public with the states and professions it covers. Licences are re-checked on a schedule, and a lapse takes the listing down without waiting for a complaint.

  6. 06

    Feedback from shared care

    Only people who actually shared a record with that clinician may leave feedback. There are no anonymous ratings and no purchased reviews.

Founding stage means what it says: no clinician, lab, school, team or league is named here unless they have been through the stages above and agreed to appear. Where a list is empty, it stays empty rather than being filled with examples.
